機(jī)床幾何誤差包括：主軸誤差，導(dǎo)軌誤差以及傳動誤差。
（1）主軸回轉(zhuǎn)誤差
主軸回轉(zhuǎn)誤差包括：徑向跳動，軸向傳動，及角度擺動。主軸支承軸頸的誤差、滾動軸承制造及磨損，會造成回轉(zhuǎn)時出現(xiàn)徑向跳動及軸向跳動，從而產(chǎn)生主軸誤差，造成加工工件的形狀誤差、表面波度及粗糙度值較大。
消減主軸誤差的措施：
采用高精度的主軸部件；更換軸承、調(diào)整軸承間隙。
（2）導(dǎo)軌誤差
導(dǎo)軌誤差主要來自于導(dǎo)軌本身在制造時產(chǎn)生的誤差、導(dǎo)軌安裝不正確以及導(dǎo)軌在運動較長時間后產(chǎn)生的磨損，會造成加工腳面的形狀和位置誤差。
消減導(dǎo)軌誤差的措施：
選用高質(zhì)量的導(dǎo)軌；正確的安裝方式；對導(dǎo)軌定期檢查及測量。
（3）傳動誤差
傳送鏈誤差是由于傳動鏈中傳動元件的制造誤差、裝配誤差以及使用過程中磨損引起的。不同位置的傳動元件，其誤差影響也不同，通常末端元件的誤差對傳動鏈的誤差影響最大。
消減傳動誤差的措施：
采用高精度傳動結(jié)構(gòu)；縮短傳動鏈長度；減小裝配間隙。
2.>>>刀具幾何誤差<<<
刀具的制造誤差、裝夾誤差及磨損會造成加工誤差。定尺寸刀具的尺寸誤差會直接反應(yīng)在工件的加工尺寸上；成形刀具的誤差會導(dǎo)致加工表面的形狀誤差；
消減刀具的幾何誤差措施：
除了選用合適的刀具之外，加工時還應(yīng)及時磨刃、更換刀具。
3.>>>夾具幾何誤差<<<
夾具的制造誤差、裝夾誤差及磨損會造成加工誤差。為保證工件的加工精度，一般將夾具的制造公差定位相應(yīng)尺寸公差的1/3~1/5。
消減夾具的幾何誤差措施：
應(yīng)定期檢查夾具的精度與磨損情況，及時修理及更換磨損的夾具。
4.>>>工藝系統(tǒng)變形誤差<<<
在切削力、傳動力、重力和慣性力等外力作用下，工藝系統(tǒng)會產(chǎn)生變形，破壞工具與工件間的正確位置，造成加工誤差。
減小工件受力變形誤差的措施：
選擇剛性較好的機(jī)床；工件分粗、精階段進(jìn)行加工；減小刀具、工件的懸伸長度或進(jìn)行有效支承；改變刀具角度及加工方法；
在切削加工時，切削熱及機(jī)床傳動部分發(fā)生的熱量，使工藝系統(tǒng)發(fā)生不均勻的溫升而變形，產(chǎn)生加工誤差。
