應(yīng)用安裝范圍
該電纜采用特殊結(jié)構(gòu)，可作為動(dòng)力及控制電纜安裝在軌道，起重機(jī)，行車、物流輸送等場(chǎng)合。
Applications:
As connecting and control cable for cranes and conveyors,it is suitable for the places of railway stations,crane and other related situations.
It is suitable as a control and connection cable for canes and conveyors on building sites,container goods railway stations and dockyards where operating conditions are rough.

采用新型耐油柔性專用外護(hù)套，可在-15℃低溫下仍保持柔軟，阻燃

properties:
Conductor:superfine copper strands acc.to VDE 0295,class 5
Insulation:mixed pvc,resistant to lil,flane resistance and self-extinguishing
Colour:acc.to 227 IEC (brown,blue,black,green/yellow) 5 cores or more     with black number with white digital coding
Sheath:Butadiene-acrylonitrile rubber;resistant to lil,flame retardant     and self-extinguishing;
Colour:black(RAS9005)or Grey(RAL7001).
Standard:acc.to VDE 0482,part 265-2-1 resp.EN50265-2-1 and IEC 60332-1.
電纜結(jié)構(gòu)
導(dǎo)體：多股精絞無(wú)氧銅絲，符合VDE0295CLASS 5 標(biāo)準(zhǔn)
絕緣：特殊耐油、阻燃、混合PVC絕緣
顏色：顏色表示，符合227IEC（棕、藍(lán)、黑、黃綠）
     黑色數(shù)字白色號(hào)碼編號(hào)，符合EM50214標(biāo)準(zhǔn)（如含黃綠接地線請(qǐng)說(shuō)明）
護(hù)套：耐油、阻燃、彈性pvc專用護(hù)套或灰色（RAL7001)、黑色（RAL9005）。在室外使用時(shí)必須事先說(shuō)明。

如起重機(jī)的使用情況如下時(shí)：
起重電纜是一字型排列時(shí)
1，自由使用長(zhǎng)度大于35M;
2,運(yùn)行速度大于1.6M/s
應(yīng)考慮在電纜中增加承力元件，承力元件一般為鍍鋅鋼絲繩或纖維繩如芳綸紗等
起重電纜是梅花排列時(shí)
1，自由懸掛長(zhǎng)度大于80M;
2,運(yùn)行速度為4.0m/s-10.0m/s;
應(yīng)考慮在電纜中增加承力元件，承力元件一般為鍍鋅軟鋼絲繩。
