      100M工業(yè)以太網(wǎng):提高網(wǎng)絡(luò)通訊的快速性和可靠性大慶油田部分污水站反沖洗裝置處于手動(dòng)狀態(tài),存在不能定時(shí)反沖洗、反沖流量控制不、濾料還沒(méi)沖起就攪拌等一系列的問(wèn)題,對(duì)生產(chǎn)造成不利的影響。本文將PLC技術(shù)應(yīng)用于反沖洗控制,通過(guò)硬件系統(tǒng)改進(jìn),實(shí)現(xiàn)變頻控制自動(dòng)反沖洗,提高系統(tǒng)反沖洗的質(zhì)量,減輕工人勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度。主題詞:自控 污水站 反沖洗 1 引言  含油污水處理是關(guān)系到水質(zhì)是否合格的關(guān)鍵步驟,而濾罐的反沖洗時(shí)間和效果則直接影響污水的過(guò)濾質(zhì)量,所以定時(shí)反沖洗,按要求控制反沖洗的流量曲線是控制水質(zhì)質(zhì)量的核心。大慶油田部分污水站(聚杏Ⅱ-Ⅰ站)反沖洗裝置處于手動(dòng)狀態(tài),變頻器與電動(dòng)閥不能配合,變頻器無(wú)法投用,反沖洗流量無(wú)法控制,出現(xiàn)沖走濾料等問(wèn)題,影響反沖洗效果。整個(gè)反沖洗過(guò)程水泵始終處于滿負(fù)荷運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn),造成大量電能損失,而且每個(gè)罐都需單獨(dú)操作,操作工人勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度很大。這些都對(duì)生產(chǎn)造成不利的影響。因此對(duì)現(xiàn)有手動(dòng)反沖洗裝置的自動(dòng)化改造,不僅可減輕操作工人的勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度,更重要的是能提高系統(tǒng)反沖洗的質(zhì)量,使設(shè)備達(dá)到佳的運(yùn)行效果。2 工藝過(guò)程  污水深度處理正常過(guò)濾的過(guò)程是:由一段、二段脫出水經(jīng)緩沖罐、升壓泵進(jìn)入一次濾罐、二次濾罐后到注入站注入地下。濾罐內(nèi)濾料經(jīng)過(guò)一段時(shí)間后,會(huì)沉積一些污油,需要定期進(jìn)行反沖洗,在實(shí)際生產(chǎn)中,手動(dòng)控制反沖洗操作步驟如下:
      1) 關(guān)閉待反沖洗罐過(guò)濾進(jìn)、出口閥門(mén),開(kāi)啟反沖洗進(jìn)、出口閥門(mén);
      2) 開(kāi)啟反沖洗水泵,按階梯形提高水泵電機(jī)頻率直到達(dá)到50Hz;
      3) 開(kāi)啟反沖洗濾罐攪拌器,攪拌10分鐘后關(guān)閉攪拌器。
      4) 上一臺(tái)反沖洗15分鐘后,關(guān)閉下一臺(tái)待反沖洗罐過(guò)濾進(jìn)、出口閥門(mén),開(kāi)啟反沖洗進(jìn)、出口閥門(mén);
      5) 重復(fù)以上步驟,直至全部過(guò)濾罐反沖洗完畢。3 系統(tǒng)組成  反沖洗自動(dòng)控制系統(tǒng)的輸入信號(hào)主要有上位機(jī)操作臺(tái)和觸摸屏的控制輸入及閥位開(kāi)關(guān)反饋信號(hào)。共有開(kāi)關(guān)量(DI)120個(gè)輸入點(diǎn)。PLC系統(tǒng)的控制負(fù)載主要包括調(diào)節(jié)閥控制、攪拌器啟/停、變頻器控制負(fù)載。共有開(kāi)關(guān)量(DO)270個(gè)輸出點(diǎn),模擬量(AO)2個(gè)輸出點(diǎn)。The system has the advantages of energy saving, reliable operation and high degree of automation, which improves the quality of water supply. 1. System Structure Frequency conversion constant pressure water supply system principle as figure 1, it mainly has PLC, frequency converter, pressure transmitter, liquid level sensor, power and control circuit and pump group composition. The user understands and controls the operation of the system by means of the indicator lights and buttons on the Control Panel and the transfer switch. Through the pressure transmitter installed on the outlet pipe network, the outlet pressure signal is changed into 4 ~ 20mA standard signal and sent to the PID regulator built in the frequency converter. By comparing the PID operation with the given pressure parameter, the 4 ~ 20mA parameter is obtained, 4 ~ 20mA signal is sent to frequency converter. The control system uses the frequency converter to control the pump speed in order to adjust the water supply. According to the different water consumption, the frequency of the frequency converter to adjust the pump speed is different, setting an upper limit frequency and a lower limit frequency detection in the frequency converter setting, when the water consumption is large, the frequency converter quickly rises to the upper limit frequency, at this time, the frequency converter outputs a switching signal to the PLC; When the frequency converter output reaches the lower limit frequency, the frequency converter also outputs a switching signal to the PLC; the two signals will not be produced simultaneously. When any signal is generated, the signal is fed back to the PLC, and the PLC can switch the AC contactor group by setting an internal program to drive the i/o switch output, so as to coordinate the number of pump motors put into operation, and the completion of the motor start-stop, frequency and power-frequency switching. By adjusting the number of motors put into operation and controlling the frequency conversion speed of one motor in the set, the working pressure of the system pipe network is always stable, and then the aim of constant pressure water supply is achieved.
