Electro-hydraulic valve is composed of a main valve and two solenoid valves. The main valve response speed control device consists of two small ball valves installed between each solenoid valve and the corresponding inlet or outlet valve. These controls (small ball valves) are adjusted to control the flow into and out of the medium above the diaphragm so that the opening/closing speed of the main valve can be adjusted based on the viscosity and pressure of the medium used. According to the statistics of the team members, most failures of the electro-hydraulic valve are caused by the inlet or outlet solenoid valve not charged.
(4) Bad communication cable contact, loose power supply insurance
In the analysis meeting of the team, the engineer proposed that there were two problems with the touch screen. First, after the system started, the PT touch screen could not control or input or output, and the field was displayed as. The reason was that there was a problem in the communication between the touch screen and PLC, and the cable was not in good contact. Secondly, after the system started, the PT touch screen was not bright. After on-site processing and analysis by Lu Yan, the 24VDC power supply of the touch screen was not supplied, and the power supply insurance was loose.
(5) The connecting cable of oil spill protector is broken, and the power fuse is burnt out
The squad leader proposed that the helix of the oil spill probe loaded by the crane tube was easily pulled off by hanging on the nearby accessories when the train crashed. In winter, when the temperature was low, the helix sheath was hard and easy to break, sometimes short circuit occurred, and the power supply insurance was burned out.
(6) The distance between the probe and the connecting plate is too large if the operation procedures are not followed
The technicians of the team members proposed that some personnel on duty did not follow the operating procedures when dealing with the instrument fault, and the adjustment distance of the upper and lower limit switches of the crane tube and the upper and lower limit switches of the oil collector was too large, so the signal could not be detected.
