不同車型的市場(chǎng)保有量不同，其售后保障能力也不同，例如：低位駕駛?cè)�向堆高車和高位駕駛?cè)�向堆高車同屬窄通道叉車系列，都可以在很窄的通道�?nèi)（1.5～2.0米）完成堆垛/堆高、取貨。但是前者駕駛室不能提升，因而操作視野較差，工作效率較低。由于后者能完全覆蓋前者的功能，而且性能更出眾，因此在歐洲后者的市場(chǎng)銷量比前者超出4～5倍，在中國(guó)則達(dá)到6倍以上。因此大部分供應(yīng)商都側(cè)重發(fā)展高位駕駛?cè)�向堆高車，而低位駕駛?cè)�向堆垛叉車只是用在小噸位、提升高度低（一般�?米以內(nèi)）的工況下。在市場(chǎng)銷量很少時(shí)，其售后服務(wù)的工程師數(shù)量、工程師經(jīng)驗(yàn)、配件庫(kù)存水平等服務(wù)能力就會(huì)相對(duì)較弱。
