堆高車驅(qū)動(dòng)輪速度明顯降低或驅(qū)動(dòng)電機(jī)嚴(yán)重過(guò)載：原因：電池電壓太低或樁頭接觸電阻太大；電機(jī)換向器片間積碳引起片間短路；電機(jī)制動(dòng)器調(diào)整不當(dāng)而使電機(jī)帶制動(dòng)運(yùn)行；驅(qū)動(dòng)頭齒輪箱及軸承缺少潤(rùn)滑或底座卡阻；電機(jī)電樞短路。解決方法：檢查堆高車負(fù)載時(shí)電池端電壓或清洗樁頭；清理?yè)Q向器；調(diào)整制動(dòng)器間隙；檢查清洗并重新加注潤(rùn)滑油，清除卡阻現(xiàn)象；更換新電機(jī)。

堆高車起重?zé)o力或不能起重原因：齒輪泵與泵提磨損過(guò)度；換向閥內(nèi)的溢流閥高壓不當(dāng)；油壓管路漏油；液壓油油溫過(guò)度；門架滑架存在卡阻現(xiàn)象；油泵電機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)速過(guò)低。解決方法：更換磨損或齒輪泵；重新調(diào)整；檢查并修復(fù)；更換不合格的液壓油并檢查油溫度升高的原因；檢查并調(diào)整；檢查電機(jī)并排除故障。
