堆高車門架自動(dòng)傾斜困難或動(dòng)作不夠流暢原因：傾斜油缸壁與密封圈過度磨損；換向閥內(nèi)閥桿彈簧失效；活塞卡住缸壁或活塞桿彎曲；傾斜油缸內(nèi)積垢過多或密封件過于壓緊。解決方法：更換O型密封圈或油缸；更換合格彈簧；更換損壞件；清洗調(diào)整。

堆高車電器運(yùn)作不不正常：原因：電器盒內(nèi)微動(dòng)開關(guān)損壞或位置調(diào)整不當(dāng)；主電路保險(xiǎn)絲或控制電器保險(xiǎn)絲熔斷；電池電壓過低；接觸器觸點(diǎn)燒毛，或污物太多造成接觸不良；觸點(diǎn)不動(dòng)作。解決方法：更換微動(dòng)開關(guān)，重新調(diào)整位置；更換同型號(hào)保險(xiǎn)絲；重新充電；修理觸點(diǎn)，調(diào)整或更換接觸器；檢查接觸器線圈有無斷路或更換接觸器。
