堆高車電機(jī)的保養(yǎng)（1）為保證電池壽命，電池投入使用前應(yīng)充足電，充電不足的電池不可使用。（2）電池盡量避免過充和過放。電池過充和過放會(huì)嚴(yán)重影響電池性能和壽命。（3）電池液孔塞和氣蓋應(yīng)保持清潔，充電時(shí)取下或打開電完畢應(yīng)裝上或閉合。電池表面、連接線及螺釘應(yīng)保持清潔、干燥。如有硫酸，用棉紗蘸上堿液擦去，應(yīng)注意不要讓堿液進(jìn)入電池內(nèi)。（4）充電完成后，應(yīng)檢查電池液位，及時(shí)補(bǔ)加蒸餾水以保持液面高度。正常情況下嚴(yán)禁補(bǔ)加稀硫酸。（5）電池使用后，應(yīng)及時(shí)充電，放置時(shí)間一般不超過24小時(shí)。（6）充電時(shí)應(yīng)保持良好的通風(fēng)，嚴(yán)禁煙火。（7）出現(xiàn)下列情況，電池需作均衡充電。
