維護(hù)工作的安全規(guī)則只有經(jīng)過(guò)系統(tǒng)學(xué)習(xí)才可以進(jìn)行維修工作。（1）保持維修場(chǎng)地的清潔衛(wèi)生。（2）維修時(shí)，身上不要帶松散物品或貴重物品。維修(全/半)電動(dòng)堆高車(chē)電氣系統(tǒng)時(shí)，如若金屬接觸到通電電子元件易造成短路或燃燒。所以，請(qǐng)摘下手表、耳環(huán)或其它飾物。（3）(全/半)電動(dòng)堆高車(chē)維修前，先拔掉電源插座，斷開(kāi)電源。（4）在打開(kāi)左右箱蓋或電氣系統(tǒng)前，應(yīng)關(guān)閉(全/半)電動(dòng)堆高車(chē)的鑰匙開(kāi)關(guān)。（5）在檢查液壓系統(tǒng)前，應(yīng)使貨叉下降，釋放系統(tǒng)壓力。（6）檢查車(chē)體漏油狀況時(shí)，請(qǐng)用紙或硬紙板揩拭，切勿用手直接接觸。以免燙傷。（7）請(qǐng)注意傳動(dòng)裝置或液壓系統(tǒng)中油溫可能較高，應(yīng)先使(全/半)電動(dòng)堆高車(chē)?yán)鋮s后，然后更換齒輪油或液壓油，以防油溫高導(dǎo)致燃燒。8）液壓系統(tǒng)應(yīng)加注新的清潔油。

堆高車(chē)電機(jī)的維護(hù)（1）檢查維護(hù)電機(jī)應(yīng)在斷電下進(jìn)行。（2）每三個(gè)月用250伏兆歐表測(cè)量電動(dòng)機(jī)冷態(tài)絕緣電阻，其阻值應(yīng)大于0.5MΩ,如阻值小于0.5 MΩ，應(yīng)進(jìn)行干燥處理。（3）檢查電機(jī)出線(xiàn)的連接線(xiàn)是否正確、牢固。（4）檢查換向片間是否清潔，電刷在刷盒內(nèi)應(yīng)滑動(dòng)自如。（5）檢查所有緊固件是否緊固。（6）每三個(gè)月對(duì)電刷磨損情況做一次檢查，酌情更換電刷。（7）每年做一次電機(jī)的全面維護(hù)。
