KP1222SPA系列是高度集成的恒流 LED 功率開關(guān)芯片采用了準(zhǔn)諧振的工作模式,同時(shí)加以有源功率因數(shù)校正控制技術(shù)可以滿足高功率因數(shù)、低諧波失真和高效率的要求KP1222SPA內(nèi)部集成消磁信號(hào)檢測技術(shù),同時(shí)集成有高壓 MOSFET 以及供電電路,大需輔助繞組檢測消磁和供電,簡化了系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)和生產(chǎn)成本。芯片集成高精度電感電流采樣技術(shù)和高精度電流比較器參考閩值電壓,同時(shí)集成有線電壓補(bǔ)償技術(shù),具有良好的恒流輸出特性。KP1222SPA還集成了獨(dú)有的調(diào)光技術(shù),能提供優(yōu)異的可控硅調(diào)光性能。KP1222SPA集成有完備的保護(hù)功能以保障系統(tǒng)安全可靠的運(yùn)行,如: VDD 欠壓保護(hù)功能 (UVLO)、逐周期電流限制(OCP)、過熱保護(hù)(OTP)、輸出過壓保護(hù)(OVP)、LED 開路和短路保護(hù)等。
