每天作常規(guī)檢查，及時(shí)排除異�，F(xiàn)象，不要使用有故障的車(chē)子，以延長(zhǎng)使用壽命。如有故障應(yīng)請(qǐng)專(zhuān)業(yè)人士來(lái)排除故障，同時(shí)如要更換零部件，則零部件應(yīng)由生產(chǎn)制造商提供。各轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)關(guān)節(jié)每三個(gè)月加馬達(dá)油一次，特別注意輪子和軸不要被雜物纏住，保持所有輪子轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)輕便，以符合安全性要求。

手動(dòng)搬運(yùn)車(chē)一般有三個(gè)檔位
1.中間是定位擋，此檔位車(chē)既不上升也不會(huì)下降。
2.往上撥是空擋，也就是下降的檔位、泄壓檔位。
3.往下?lián)芫褪菕鞕n、就是閉合油封可以讓其液壓上升。
我們只需要把掛檔的檔位往上撥，然后像平時(shí)壓起一樣壓幾下手柄。這時(shí)候車(chē)體雖然不會(huì)上升，但是能有效的排除泵體里面的空氣。大約壓10-20次以后，空氣就可以排完。讓上升更快更有力！
