WGJ-250H型工字鋼彎拱機(jī)（冷彎拱機(jī)）是我公司自主研發(fā)的新型全自動型鋼彎拱機(jī)產(chǎn)品。采用液壓系統(tǒng)，冷彎機(jī)具有傳動平穩(wěn)，冷彎機(jī)壓力大等特點(diǎn)，冷彎機(jī)主要應(yīng)用于隧道，冷彎機(jī)地鐵，冷彎機(jī)水電站，冷彎機(jī)地下洞室等工字鋼，冷彎機(jī)槽鋼角鋼H型鋼等型材的彎曲。
彎拱機(jī)是隧道支護(hù)鋼拱架加工制作的新型設(shè)備。它由底座、機(jī)械傳動、冷彎系統(tǒng)、液壓系統(tǒng)、電器控制系統(tǒng)和輔助系統(tǒng)等六大部分組成。工作時，冷彎機(jī)將所需冷彎加工的型鋼由輔助系統(tǒng)的門式托架推放在兩主動滾輪之間，冷彎機(jī)啟動液壓系統(tǒng)使液壓缸推動燕尾槽和冷彎滾輪冷壓型鋼，冷彎機(jī)待達(dá)到設(shè)計(jì)所需弧度時關(guān)閉液壓系統(tǒng)，冷彎機(jī)啟動機(jī)械傳動系統(tǒng)，冷彎機(jī)使主動滾輪轉(zhuǎn)動并依靠摩擦力帶動型鋼平穩(wěn)緩慢前行，冷彎機(jī)從而實(shí)現(xiàn)連續(xù)冷彎作業(yè)。在冷彎結(jié)束時，冷彎機(jī)關(guān)閉機(jī)械傳動系統(tǒng) ，冷彎機(jī) 同時啟動液壓系統(tǒng) ，冷彎機(jī) 使液壓缸收回。將冷彎型鋼放置在輔助系統(tǒng)的門式托架上即可。這種冷彎作業(yè)，冷彎機(jī) 保證了材質(zhì)的強(qiáng)度，冷彎機(jī) 提高了支護(hù)鋼拱架的質(zhì)量，冷彎機(jī)極大地提高了工效，冷彎機(jī)操作簡單、明了。冷彎機(jī)與壓床相比，冷彎機(jī)具有良好的工作性能。

3.結(jié)構(gòu)及工作原理
該設(shè)備由主電機(jī)、減速器、滾輪、油泵電機(jī)、齒輪油泵、溢流閥、電磁換向閥、工作油缸、頂輪及油箱等部件組成，冷彎機(jī)參見電器原理圖、液壓原理圖。
工作原理：把工字鋼放在冷彎機(jī)上，冷彎機(jī)與減速器帶動的滾輪接觸后，冷彎機(jī)將壓緊手柄進(jìn)給鎖緊，冷彎機(jī)啟動電機(jī)油泵組，冷彎機(jī)由電動油泵輸出的高壓油經(jīng)溢流閥（可調(diào)整所需壓力），冷彎機(jī)進(jìn)入聚成塊到電液閥，冷彎機(jī)有電液閥和點(diǎn)動開關(guān)（點(diǎn)進(jìn)、點(diǎn)退）控制油缸工作，冷彎機(jī)工作油缸推進(jìn)，冷彎機(jī)將工字鋼與三個支撐滾輪壓緊并未發(fā)生彎曲變形時開始計(jì)算，冷彎機(jī)油缸再推進(jìn)的長度進(jìn)程為每次10mm-15mm，冷彎機(jī)開主電機(jī)正轉(zhuǎn)或反轉(zhuǎn)，冷彎機(jī)由主電機(jī)帶動工字鋼工作，冷彎機(jī)反復(fù)操作，冷彎機(jī)達(dá)到所需為止。
4.使用須知
設(shè)備安裝在堅(jiān)硬的基礎(chǔ)面上，冷彎機(jī)找正，冷彎機(jī)以進(jìn)給導(dǎo)軌面處于水平位置為準(zhǔn)。
工字鋼必須在水平的工作臺上（帶有滾動的工作臺）工作。
使用前必須加油（減速器加30#機(jī)油，冷彎機(jī)油箱加46#液壓油），冷彎機(jī)以后定期更換新油。
5.試機(jī)
為保證工作順利，冷彎機(jī)在開始工作前二定要把機(jī)器調(diào)試好。
檢查電源是否正常。
檢查電機(jī)油泵組是否正轉(zhuǎn)。
將壓力表開關(guān)打開，冷彎機(jī)溢流閥調(diào)壓手輪松開。
點(diǎn)動電機(jī)，冷彎機(jī)檢查旋轉(zhuǎn)方向是否正確。
檢查電液閥和點(diǎn)動開關(guān)是否正常。
一切準(zhǔn)備工作無誤后，冷彎機(jī)啟動電機(jī)，冷彎機(jī)將油壓調(diào)至10Mpa，冷彎機(jī)試運(yùn)行三分鐘左右，冷彎機(jī)如果運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)正常，冷彎機(jī)準(zhǔn)備正式工作。

6.注意事項(xiàng)
正確使用設(shè)備，冷彎機(jī)認(rèn)真執(zhí)行設(shè)備保養(yǎng)，冷彎機(jī)遵守安全操作規(guī)程，冷彎機(jī)是減少設(shè)備故障，冷彎機(jī)延長設(shè)備使用壽命，冷彎機(jī)保障安全生產(chǎn)的必要條件，冷彎機(jī)因此設(shè)備的操作者及維修人員必須了解設(shè)備的結(jié)構(gòu)、性能、維護(hù)保養(yǎng)方法和操作規(guī)程。
在油箱沒有注入油前切勿啟動電機(jī)。使用前首先檢查油箱內(nèi)的油是否加滿，冷彎機(jī)如不足應(yīng)加滿，冷彎機(jī)以防油泵吸空。設(shè)備使用的液壓油必須經(jīng)過嚴(yán)格的過濾方可注入油箱，冷彎機(jī)油箱在裝油前必須清洗好，冷彎機(jī)一般推薦使用46號抗磨液壓油
本設(shè)備是用油為介質(zhì)，冷彎機(jī)必須做好油及本設(shè)備的清潔保養(yǎng)工作，冷彎機(jī)以免淤塞或漏油影響使用效果。油液必須保持干凈，冷彎機(jī)第一次使用的時間不應(yīng)超過兩個月，冷彎機(jī)更換時，冷彎機(jī)應(yīng)同時清洗過濾網(wǎng)和油箱，冷彎機(jī)注意過濾網(wǎng)可放在煤油中沖洗，冷彎機(jī)不能用硬刷子刷洗，冷彎機(jī)如油液未變質(zhì)，冷彎機(jī)在經(jīng)過過濾后仍可使用。
經(jīng)常檢查設(shè)備需潤滑處是否有堵塞現(xiàn)象。
每班工作結(jié)束后，冷彎機(jī)請用收回油缸。
若長期不使用設(shè)備，冷彎機(jī)則要在滑動處面上涂上防銹油。

6. matters of attention
