      WGJ250型液壓工字鋼冷彎機操作使用說明:  

      1.作業(yè)時,將所需冷彎加工的型鋼由輔佐體系的門式托架推放在兩自動滾輪之間,啟 動液壓體系使液壓缸推進燕尾槽和冷彎滾輪冷壓型鋼,待到達規(guī)劃所需弧度時封閉液壓體系,發(fā)動機械傳動體系,使自動滾輪滾動并依托摩擦力帶動型鋼平穩(wěn)緩慢前行,從而實現(xiàn)連續(xù)冷彎作業(yè)。 
      2.在冷彎結(jié)束時,封閉機械傳動體系,一起發(fā)動液壓體系,使液壓缸收回。將冷彎 型鋼放置在輔佐體系的門式托架上即可。
