Ni60 鎳基合金粉末

Ni60 鎳基合金粉末 （執(zhí)行GB5316） 特性說明：     該粉末是高硬度Ni-Cr-B-Si系自熔性合金粉末中應(yīng)用最廣泛的一種。具有優(yōu)良的綜合性能，耐腐蝕，抗氧化性，耐熱，耐低應(yīng)力磨粒磨損及良好的沖擊韌性。熔點(diǎn)低，固液相溫度區(qū)間寬，對多種基體和WC顆粒等有強(qiáng)的潤濕能力，操作簡便。 主要用途及工藝：     建議用于750℃以下耐磨，耐蝕，抗氧化的場合，如抽油泵柱塞，軸套，拉絲輪，風(fēng)機(jī)葉片等部件的修復(fù)與預(yù)保護(hù)。適用于火焰噴焊，等離子噴焊及噴涂，超音速噴涂等工藝。
