體系運用了三套 GE Fanuc RX7i plc，除灰操控運用雙機熱備一套，除渣操控運用雙機熱備一套，二級運送操控運用單機一套。現(xiàn)場根據(jù)技能請求設有 18 個現(xiàn)場操控站，按就近準則安置，根據(jù)實踐 IO 點數(shù)別離裝備有 1-4 個機架，運用 Genius 總線通訊。共設 9 臺上位機，配有 21" 大屏幕 LCD，其間 2 臺為冗余數(shù)據(jù)服務器——工程師站，裝置 Proficy HMI/SCADA CIMPLICITY 開發(fā)版，Proficy Logic Developer - Machine Edition，CIMPLICITY SQL–10 軟件完結編程、數(shù)據(jù)格局轉(zhuǎn)換、組態(tài)數(shù)據(jù)庫功用。另外再裝備 Server Redundancy 以完結服務器冗余功用。另有 6 臺為操作員
站，裝置 CIMPLICITY HMI 運轉(zhuǎn)版，從服務器獲取數(shù)據(jù)，以下降 PLC CPU 的通訊負荷，另 1 臺上位機為二級運送操控體系專用。共配有赫斯曼工業(yè)交流機 5 臺，經(jīng)過百兆以太網(wǎng)完結 PLC 和上位機以及上位機間的互聯(lián)，并銜接到 HP 激光打印機，完結趨勢和報表的實時打印。
三、操控體系
      中央處理器選用 PACSystems RX7i，具有現(xiàn)代計算機渙散操控體系所請求的牢靠性、運算速度、處理才能、網(wǎng)絡通訊、操控功用、軟件組態(tài)方法等一系列基本功用，合適從中檔到高檔的各種運用。它供給了最領先的編程特性，易于組態(tài)便于裝置，CPU 具有強壯的功用，如構造化編程、中斷操控、直接尋址及各種功用模塊，能完結雜亂的操作，具有龐大的內(nèi)存、高帶寬能滿意各種首要的體系請求。
       IO 站選用 Field Control I/O，其散布式的 I/O 和操控器帶有模塊化邏輯操控功用，明顯提升體系速度和功率，模塊可帶電插拔、省配線、裝置費用低、高通訊速率、高牢靠性。僅有筆者覺得不大便利的是每個 BIU 都需要運用專用編程器獨立下載一次，若有模塊更改還需重來一次，而這個編程器的運用的地方好像僅限于此，有些糟蹋。
