各現(xiàn)場操控點運用GPRS DTU通明數(shù)據(jù)傳輸終端，經過移動GPRS網絡與監(jiān)控基地相連。各現(xiàn)場操控點的GPRS DTU運用移動通訊公司的GPRS一般數(shù)據(jù)卡或APN專用數(shù)據(jù)卡，一起監(jiān)控基地對各點GPRS終端編號進行掛號, 并與現(xiàn)場操控點信息進行有關，以便辨認和保護處理。監(jiān)控基地運轉監(jiān)控體系軟件，實時搜集現(xiàn)場操控點的有關數(shù)據(jù)。
