替換線路后復(fù)位，對(duì)機(jī)器人進(jìn)行全軸零點(diǎn)復(fù)歸“ZERO POSITION MASTER”，導(dǎo)入備份程序后康復(fù)正常，毛病掃除。
結(jié)語(yǔ)
FANUC作為日系機(jī)器人的首要品牌之一，其在操控原理上與其他品牌機(jī)器人大致相同，但其操控部分構(gòu)成構(gòu)造有著自個(gè)的個(gè)性，表現(xiàn)了亞洲人的運(yùn)用習(xí)慣，對(duì)比合適國(guó)內(nèi)運(yùn)用。我國(guó)焊接機(jī)器人技能的研討運(yùn)用雖然較晚，但學(xué)習(xí)了國(guó)外的老練技能，開展十分敏捷。2009年我公司與哈爾濱工業(yè)大學(xué)協(xié)作開發(fā)的奇哈機(jī)器人誕生，咱們看到了公司與科研單位協(xié)作的力氣，以為運(yùn)用型公司參與設(shè)備的研討是個(gè)極好決議計(jì)劃。當(dāng)然，焊接機(jī)器人是個(gè)機(jī)電一體化的高技能商品，單靠公司的本身能力是不行的，需要政府為機(jī)器人出產(chǎn)公司及運(yùn)用國(guó)產(chǎn)機(jī)器人體系的公司供給必定的方針和資金支撐，加快我國(guó)國(guó)產(chǎn)機(jī)器人的開展。
