The FN collet chuck is used wherever enhanced concentricity and a compact design are required. The lean design makes this collet chuck ideal for dividers, round tables, manual lathes and grinding machines. The functional principle is similar to that of scroll chucks: the radial clamping force actuates a puller sleeve that pulls the collet into the cone. The concentricity of the collet chuck is < 0.01 mm. We would be happy to send you a quote on request along with the relevant machine interface.

FN手動卡盤主要包括FN三爪自定心卡盤，鑄鐵FN卡盤，自定心四爪卡盤，鋼制FN卡盤，四爪自定心卡盤。自定心卡盤，F(xiàn)N-TRU 三爪卡盤，兩爪自定心卡盤，六爪自定卡盤，單動卡盤，Westcott系統(tǒng)三爪自定心卡盤。鑄鐵自定心卡盤采用中間潤滑設(shè)計。FN手動自定心卡盤的卡盤爪很好的定心開合，是通過錐齒輪和蝸旋盤實現(xiàn)的。FN單動卡盤鑄鐵卡盤體，可以單獨調(diào)節(jié)，單一卡爪，可逆轉(zhuǎn)卡盤爪。
