楔式閘閥


本實(shí)用新型涉及一種閥門鑄造上模，它包括模組件，所述模組件包括模具本體、開設(shè)于所述模具本體上表面且向內(nèi)凹陷的型腔、開設(shè)于所述模具本體兩個(gè)對(duì)應(yīng)側(cè)面上的凹槽以及開設(shè)于所述模具本體另一側(cè)面上的第二凹槽；兩塊支撐板，每塊所述支撐板可拆卸地安裝在所述模具本體的側(cè)面上且與所述凹槽相對(duì)應(yīng)；所述支撐板上表面開設(shè)有向內(nèi)凹陷的支撐槽；第二支撐板，所述第二支撐板固定在所述模具本體的另一側(cè)面上，它的上表面開設(shè)有向內(nèi)凹陷的對(duì)合凹槽；第三支撐板，所述第三支撐板固定在所述模具本體）的側(cè)面上且與所述第二支撐板相對(duì)設(shè)置。這樣利用模組件的多種凹槽并在凹槽處固定支撐板，這樣能夠緩沖冷熱溫差而導(dǎo)致的形變。
