      本實用新型涉及一種閥門鑄造用面背砂混砂系統(tǒng)，它包括儲料組件；混砂組件，所述混砂組件包括設(shè)置于所述砂斗下方的底座、可轉(zhuǎn)動地安裝在所述底座上的回轉(zhuǎn)支承柱、一端安裝在所述回轉(zhuǎn)支承柱上且與所述砂斗相配合的背砂輸送臂、與所述背砂輸送臂另一端相連通的背砂混砂攪籠、安裝在所述背砂混砂攪籠端部的出砂口、一端延伸至所述背砂輸送臂上方的負(fù)壓吸料管以及一端與所述負(fù)壓吸料管相連通且另一端與所述出砂口相連通的引料管。從而與背砂輸送臂、背砂混砂攪籠進(jìn)行配合而實現(xiàn)背砂、面砂的同時出砂，大大減少了面砂用量，降低了生產(chǎn)成本，并保證砂型質(zhì)量。
